Summary

In this article, pediatric melanoma cases treated with Mohs Micrographic Surgery (MMS) were analyzed retrospectively, revealing consistent surgical frequency over time and predominantly early-stage, privately insured patients. Despite MMS benefits, its utilization remains low in pediatric populations, suggesting the need to address barriers to access.
