Previously, Will has held key roles in medical device sales and business development at organizations such as BioTissue Surgical, Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, and Stryker. These experiences have honed his expertise in strategic growth, operational efficiency, and cultivating strong partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem.

Ian Wilson oversees a dynamic team of 18 professionals, including the Head of Operations, Head of Customer Success, and Head of Billing and Optimization. His leadership is central to managing and enhancing the company’s operational and financial workflows, fostering a high-performing team culture.

Ian’s responsibilities include handling payment processing tasks, from receiving checks to depositing funds, while ensuring meticulous tracking with customers and vendors. As the bank administrator, he oversees essential banking activities, promoting seamless financial operations. He is also instrumental in developing operational strategies, streamlining logistics, and overseeing the billing department to drive cost-effective, efficient processes.

In addition to managing commission reports and payments, Ian handles internal and external escalations, maintaining strong lines of communication with principal accounts and sales representatives to ensure client satisfaction. He also supports the CEO with high-level tasks, including signing authorizations on the company’s behalf.

Ian plays a critical role in talent management, from interviewing and hiring to training new employees, and handles key HR functions like drafting contracts, managing offer letters, and overseeing insurance administration. His commitment to operational advancement includes optimizing software and implementing new programs that enhance efficiency and innovation. Additionally, he oversees inventory forecasting and management, ensuring the company meets client demands and maintains a robust supply chain.

Danny Bazan is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience in steering financial operations for global organizations. In his role at New Horizon Medical Solutions, Danny leads the company’s financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability within the dynamic healthcare landscape. His areas of expertise include financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, corporate governance, and revenue optimization.

At New Horizon, Danny plays a pivotal role in advancing operational efficiency by designing and implementing comprehensive financial systems, including ERP integrations that enhance precision and productivity. Collaborating with executive leadership, he identifies growth opportunities and mitigates risks, ensuring the company maintains financial agility and competitive advantage.

Danny brings a wealth of experience in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and excels in fostering cross-functional collaboration, driving performance improvement, and streamlining processes. His multilingual abilities—fluent in English and Spanish, with conversational proficiency in Portuguese—further equip him to navigate the complexities of international operations with ease.

A CPA, Danny earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, along with a minor in Economics, from Texas Tech University. His leadership and strategic acumen are integral to New Horizon Medical Solutions’ commitment to innovation and transformation in healthcare.

Stuart Porteous is an accomplished operations executive with over 15 years of experience driving international growth and operational excellence across multiple industries, including energy and healthcare. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Operations at New Horizon Medical Solutions, Stuart plays a key leadership role in overseeing business processes, optimizing operational performance, and executing business initiatives.

Throughout his career, Stuart has built a reputation as a results-driven leader known for delivering strong financial performance, expanding global operations, and leading successful turnarounds. His expertise spans P&L management, strategic planning, business development, and marketing across diverse domestic and international markets.

Before joining New Horizon Medical, Stuart held senior leadership roles at James Fisher Offshore, OEG Offshore, and James Fisher Renewables, where he was instrumental in expanding North American market share and driving new business development. He is known for his ability to build trusted relationships, develop productive networks quickly, and balance technical knowledge with commercial acumen.

Stuart holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media Operations and Production from North East Scotland College and is recognized for his versatility, global perspective, and consistent success in driving customer expansion and retention.
