This study investigated the impact of ozone therapy on diabetic wound healing, utilizing a semi-experimental design with 28 patients receiving modern wound dressings combined with ozone therapy and 28 receiving only modern dressings. The results demonstrated a significantly greater healing effect with the combination therapy, suggesting ozone stimulation as an effective nursing intervention for accelerating diabetic wound healing.
