A native of Northwest Iowa, Nate earned his degree in exercise science and physiology from the University of Northern Iowa. In 2012, he began his career in medical sales with a focus in neurosurgery and extremity surgery where he worked for 10 years.
As a seasoned athlete – playing college basketball at Northwestern College – Nate recognized the devastating effects of injuries suffered by athletes and active people of all ages. As an ankle fracture patient and frequent lower extremity, injury-prone athlete, he took an interest in focusing on the lower extremities. Nate then founded his own company specializing in foot and ankle reconstruction, as well as limb salvage. In addition to providing surgeon education, he is a leader in foot and ankle product
development.
Nate lives in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota with his wife Amber and daughter Arie. Maintaining his passion for athletics, he continues to coach and play basketball and enjoys golf and traveling when not spending time with family and friends by the pool.
